Brainient, a British company specialized in dynamic advanced creative technologies for video and mobile, was acquired by Teads, and will become Teads Studio. It will work as an independent business unit. Emil Gal, Founder and CEO of Brainient will join Teads as CEO of the new unit and will be based in New York. “With the addition of Brainient DCO technology, we’re now going to present the next generation of video ads, more interactive, customized and carefully targeted. We’re offering Teads Studio to programmatic buyers so they can fulfill the promise of customizing ads for each user, which will be another great revolution” said in a statement Pierre Chappaz, Executive Chairman at Teads. Gal said he was excited because the team joined the major and most innovative video advertising market. “With Teads we will be able to broaden our operations worldwide and offer our technology to a wider variety of clients.” With this acquisition, Teads will offer Brainient integrated access to all market buyers, rationalizing the creation and distribution process of interactive video ads at scale for its clients. The combination of features of Brainient and Teads’ market will constitute the only global solution for the creation and distribution of interactive video ads at scale.
