One of the big question marks for advertisers is to know exactly how the Millennials spend their time. To find the answer, Tr3s compared Hispanics with non-Hispanics between the ages of 18 and 29 who live with their parents.Among the young Hispanic adults between 18 and 29 who live with their parents, school occupies most of their time (26 percent), while for non-Hispanics, personal time is their top priority, rather than school.For both groups, time with the family is very important, and going out with the family came in second for both in the way they spend their time (22 percent for Hispanics, 24 percent for non-Hispanics).Work takes third place among Hispanics and non-Hispanics who live at home, though Hispanics pass a comparable amount of time at work and with the family (21 percent work, 22 percent with the family), while non-Hispanics between 18 and 29 who live with their parents spend much less time at work and more with the family (18 percent at work, 24 percent with the family).Hispanic Millennials sacrifice a certain amount of personal time in favor of work and being with the family, so that it occupies fourth place (18 percent) in their lives, significantly less than personal time for non-Hispanics who live at home (26 percent).
