Univision Radio launches new coast to coast newscast

Univision America, the AM radio arm of the Univision Radio group serving the U.S. Hispanic audience, owner and operator of 68 radio stations in 16 of the 25 principal markets in the country, launched Univision America de Costa a Costa (Univision America from Coast to Coast), a new morning newscast and talk show presenting the latest local, national and international news, plus relevant information on finance, health and entertainment.The show, hosted by Ricardo Espinoza, TsiTsi Ki Felix and Ricky Lopez, kicked off March 10 in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Chicago, Dallas, San Antonio, McAllen, El Paso and Las Vegas.These personalities reflect the diversity of their listeners world, said Felix Perez, VP and general manager of Univision America. Audiences crave 24/7 engagement with radio personalities who they can relate to and this team delivers.Espinoza was recently co-host and news announcer on Buen Dia Nueva York, aired on WADO 1280 in the Big Apple. For his part, Perez is the main personality on Al Aire con Tsi-Tsi-Ki, his own radio show on WRTO-AM/UnivisionAmérica Chicago 1200. And Lopez is the well-known voice of New York on WQBU-FM 92.7. Univision America de Costa a Costa can be heard in all time zones from 6:00 a.m. on KTNQ Los Angeles, WQBA Miami, KLAT Houston, WRTO Chicago, KFLC Dallas, KCOR San Antonio, KGBT Mc Allen, KQBU El Paso and KLSQ Las Vegas.
