Barry Chamberlain, president of International Sales, ViacomCBS Global Distribution, announced some of the new titles included in the company’s catalog such as Made for Love, Station Eleven, The Stand, and Your Honor. Chamberlain, together with Lauren Marriot, VP of Sales and Operations of ViacomCBS International Studios, presented the company’s offer during the global upfront of Mipcom Online+.

“Although this year has been a great challenge, we are excited that most of our worldwide successes including the NCIS and FBI franchises are back in production and we are about to start filming new series such as a reimagined Walker with Jared Padalecki, and new seasons of The Great, Evil and the Star Trek franchise,” Chamberlain highlighted. He added that movies like A Quiet Place 2, Maverick and Coming to America 2 are on their way. He also said that Tom Cruise is already filming the new Mission Impossible.

Marriot also highlighted that the company has 30 series in production and 50 more in development, and proven formats such as Lypsync Battle and Ex on the Beach that has been adapted in more than 50 regions worldwide. “In addition to being the providers for broadcasters and streamers of global content including Sponge Bob, Paw Patrol and South Park, we are an important partner for local content, particularly in Spanish-language territories where we produce titles like Victoria Small. With this approach, ViacomCBS has become a producer and distributor of local and global content,” she said. Among the new titles, he mentioned: When You Least Expect It, Before I Forget, Parot, and The Story of Songs. During the upfront, they also presented a clip of Sponge Bob‘s spinoff, Kamp Coral.
