70% of the series El César by Disney, BTF and TV Azteca is ready

For the month of August the series El César, based on the life of the Mexican boxing champion and idol, Julio César Chávez, will be ready.

“It is turning out very good, very nice,” expressed Fernando Barbosa referring to this biographic project announced in April last year in a special event at the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas, with the presence of Julio César Chávez himself.

He said 70% of the series was ready and that it would go to the screens of TV Azteca, Telemundo and Turner’s Space. The co-producers of the series are Disney Latin America, BTF Media and TV Azteca. From these companies, PRODU saw Paco Cordero, CEO of BTF Media; Fidela Navarro, Director of TV Azteca Internacional with part of her team, including Pedro Lascurain; Ángel Zambrano, Contents and Acquisitions Senior VP at Turner Latin America.

The Latin buyers applauded the trailer that was exhibited.
