A+E Networks Latin America Announced New Leadership Structure

Víctor Hernández, EVP, COO & CFO and Daniela Martínez, EVP, Programming & Ad Sales will serve as co-heads of the A+E Networks Latin America business

A+E Networks Latin America announced the departure of Eduardo Ruiz, its President and General Manager, effective January 15, 2026 after over 20 years of service to the company and its partners.

It has been an honor to contribute to the growth and transformation of this organization alongside an exceptional team that has consistently set new standards in the industry. With my unique background and expertise in the entertainment industry, I am ready to begin a new chapter that will integrate traditional media with emerging platforms and cutting-edge digital technologies. I wish the talented team at A+E Networks Latin America continued success as they uphold our guiding principles of Transformation, Adaptation, and Innovation. Their passion, creativity, resilience, and teamwork will undoubtedly drive the company to new heights” said Ruiz.

NEW LEADERSHIP

The Company announced the promotion of Víctor Hernández to EVP, COO & CFO and of Daniela Martínez to EVP, Programming & Ad Sales.

In their new roles, Hernández and Martínez will serve as co-heads of the A+E Networks Latin America business and will jointly report to the company’s Board of Directors.

Hernández first joined the company in 2007 and has served as its VP of Finance, SVP of Finance, and CFO. In his new role, he will directly oversee the company’s finance, operations, and marketing functions.

Martínez joined the company in 2013 as its SVP of Corporate Strategy, Research, and Ad Sales. Her new role will encompass her existing functions supervising ad sales and research while adding oversight of the company’s programming group.

“We believe the business is in great hands under Víctor and Daniela’s leadership. They oversee an excellent team of professionals that are among the best in the business, and we look forward to the continued success of the History, A&E, H2, and Lifetime channels under their management”, added Cuscó.
