The series Cómo Sobrevivir Soltero (10×30’), produced by Campanario with Addiction House, distributed by Sony Pictures Television, that had its debut on Friday, June 26 on Amazon Prime Video worldwide, represents a huge achievement for Campanario. “We are happy because we launched a very positive series in a very negative moment,” highlighted Diana Mejías-Jones, VP Development in Spanish and Integral Marketing, and Jaime Dávila, Executive Producer and co-Founder, both from Campanario Entertainment.

Dávila and Mejías highlighted that like all production companies, they had to stop production due to the pandemic, but have many projects in development and aspire to resume shootings when it is sensible to return. “It is a new challenge for Campanario, but we have a team with which we can overcome everything,” they explained.

The projects in development include a couple of comedies and thrillers, “They are all short series, thinking of platforms,” they add. They recalled that the series Selena for Netflix will be launched at the end of the year.

They mentioned that future productions will improve a great deal, using technology in new ways. “Security and cleaning are positive elements and as producers, it will be an important challenge”.

“In the short term, we are now going to see a difference. Perhaps return to the forums in a contained way. I think it is going to be something temporary, but that will impact us. Certain territories are going to be more attractive because they don´t have as much population density. Sex and fight scenes are going to be a bit different, but we have a lot of technologies with which we can make those scenes,” commented Mejía.
