Telemundo Internacional prepares to present at Natpe Miami 2016 one of the markets most anticipated titles of this catalog, Centauros Woman (La querida del Centauro) (70×60′), produced in Mexico by Teleset/Sony Pictures Television for Telemundo.Written by Lina Uribe and Darío Venegas, this super series is starred by Humberto Zurita, Ludwika Paleta (in her first role for Telemundo) and Michel Brown. Also features actors Alexandra De La Mora, Irene Azuela, Carmen Madrid, Andrea Martí, Enoc Leano and Vadhir Derber, among others. Behind the scenes, leading industry figures such as directors Mauricio Cruz (La Reina del Sur and Doña Barbara) and Javier Solar, under the executive supervision of Gabriela Valentán (La Patrona) and Daniel Ucros (El Mariachi), bring this production to life.Centauros Woman tells the story of Yolanda (Ludwika Paleta). When this convict, who attempts to escape from prison, is transferred to another high security prison, shell find herself mixing with some of the worst criminals, both male and female. Her beauty lead her to become the mistress of one of the most feared drug traffickers in Mexico: Benedictine Garcia (Humberto Zurita) also known as “El Centauro”. After learning that this man, whom she trusted and loved, deceived her, she decides to do everything in her power to make him pay for his betrayal. To do so, she accepts a risky proposal made by Gerardo, a police dedicated to the fight against drug trafficking.
