Coverage of the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup matches continues to deliver triple digit growth on Univision Networks

The Brazil vs. Mexico match broadcast live from 3pm to 5pm on Univision delivered 2.7 million Total Viewers 2+

Univision Deportes, the sports arm of Univision Communications Inc., announced that its coverage of the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup matches featuring Brazil vs. Mexico and Italy vs. Japan on June 19 continued to deliver triple digit growth on Univision and UniMás compared to the matches of the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup. To date, the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup on Univision Networks is averaging 1.8 million Total Viewers 2+, 1 million Adults 18-49 and 548,000 Adults 18-34 – growth of +496% among Total Viewers 2+, +500% among Adults 18-49 and +495% among Adults 18-34 versus the 2009 Confederations Cup through six matches. The Brazil vs. Mexico match broadcast live from 3pm to 5pm on Univision delivered 2.7 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.5 million Adults 18-49 and 861,000 Adults 18-34, making it the second highest rated 2013 Confederations Cup match to date trailing the Mexico vs. Italy match on Univision from June 16, 2013. The Brazil vs. Mexico match reached 4.9 million viewers who tuned in to all or part of the broadcast. Additionally, Brazil vs. Mexico made Univision the highest viewed broadcast station during the time period among: Total Viewers 2+ in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco and Phoenix; Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Phoenix and Sacramento; and Adults 18-34 in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco and Phoenix.Following, the Italy vs. Japan match broadcast live from 6pm to 8pm on UniMás delivered 917,000 Total Viewers 2+, 544,000 Adults 18-49 and 304,000 Adults 18-34.
