Secuoya Studios, Álamo Producciones Audiovisuales, and A Contracorriente Films have begun filming the feature film The Wolf’s Tale, based on the work Reasonable Doubt by Borja Ortiz de Gondra. The film is directed by Norberto López Amado (The Invisible Girl, Heridas) and is an ethical thriller that reflects on gender violence and social commitment, gathering all the ingredients of a suspenseful and intriguing story. Eduardo Campoy is producing the film.
The cast includes Daniel Grao, Lucía Jiménez, Paco Tous, and María Romanillos. The filming will take place in various locations in Tenerife.
Olga and Javier, a middle-class couple, witness how the girl who comes to clean their house receives threatening messages on her phone. Faced with this situation, they decide to intervene, thus facing a sudden change in their lives. The appearance of the girl’s father, doubts, and increasing differences raise more questions in a complicated situation to resolve. What is the right thing to do? This thriller is a story with boundaries between the public and the private.
