The evening will feature a women’s flyweight (125 pounds) bout between Helena Simas of Brazil and Alejandra Lara of Colombia.
JK Media and Empire MMA have announced four featured mixed martial arts (MMA) bouts as part of a star-studded Empire MMA 14 event broadcast live from Medellín, Colombia. The action airs in Spanish in the U.S. on Saturday, March 14 at 8:00 p.m. ET on Telemundo Deportes Ahora, the 24/7 Spanish-language free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel. The event is produced by JK Media, a leader in creating bilingual, award-winning content across the Americas.
The main card features a men’s Peso Ligero (155 pounds) showdown between Colombia’s Andres Escudero and fellow Colombian Jorge Loaiza. Preliminary bouts include two men’s Peso Pluma (145 pounds) matchups between Stivin Beddoya and Felipe Grajales, and Sebastian Cardona against Ivan Londoño.
