After five years of rapid growth, LePub is accelerating its expansion with the appointment of Sven Huberts. Founded in Amsterdam in 2020, the creative network now operates across 10 offices in nine markets, following the opening of new locations in London, New York, and Bogotá last year. Huberts will further expand LePub’s connected creative engine, integrating data, culture, and technology to deliver measurable business impact for brands.
With more than two decades leading brand and experience transformation, Huberts is a global innovation leader known for setting strategic direction and driving large-scale growth. In his new role, he will lead LePub’s global go-to-market strategy, operations, and expansion. His appointment marks an important step in LePub’s evolution, strengthening leadership and advancing the implementation of an increasingly sophisticated operating model.
Under Huberts’ leadership, LePub is evolving into a connected creative agency where data, culture, technology, and AI function as a single system to drive sustainable client growth. Powered by proprietary platforms such as LePub’s Data & Culture Lab and strengthened by Publicis Groupe’s leading data and agent capabilities, the agency is designing an intelligent model where data fuels creativity that shapes culture.

Huberts joins from Dentsu, where he most recently served as Global President of Innovation and Experience and President of Dentsu Lab. Previously, he was President of Experience for EMEA at Dentsu Creative, overseeing regional growth and experience-led initiatives. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Isobar and co-founded the mobile agency Marvellous.
