Mediaset España: The original local production by Mira TV and the fiction and entertainment of CincoMas are the perfect fusion

CincoMas, Mediaset España´s new channel, which will soon be launched on pay TV, starts its presence in the US through open broadcast TV on the screen of Mira TV Channel 18 for South Florida.It seemed to us that Mira TV was an ideal partner because they have great talent. The long-term agreement is very interesting for both parts because it has the best of both worlds: the combination of Mira TV with its original local programming and the fiction and entertainment of CincoMas. I think it is going to be the perfect fusion, Xosé Manuel Barreira, director of International Channel at Mediaset España told PRODU.Most of CincoMas´programming which will be broadcast by Mira TV are unreleased productions for South Florida. We are happy with this agreement. The Hispanic market in Miami doesn´t usually have access to the quality of contents in Spanish offered by Mediaset, commented Judith Prado, station manager of Mira TV. She highlighted that they began an outdoor, press and radio campaign to announce the agreement.Among CincoMas´spaces that Mira TV will have on its grid are the makeover reality Cámbiame (6pm); the comedy Escenas de Matrimonio (6:30pm); at 9pm they will present a different series Monday to Friday, that last an hour and a half similar to programming on the Anglo market-. For the weekend, Mira TV will program 10 hours of CincoMas with programs such as La Que Se Avecina and ¡Qué Tiempo Tan Feliz!.
