Mexicanal strengthens commitment to support the IME

Joining forces to achieve a common goal, the Mexicanal Network has strengthened its relationship with the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME) and is supporting the organization through a full lineup of initiatives. Among the specific programs are the Este es Mi México childrens drawing contest, the IME Scholarship Program and the Bi-national Health Week. Designed to foster the worlds growing community of Mexican immigrants, each initiative is supported by advertising, web promotion, televised news coverage, PSAs and special programming.We look forward to growing our support of IME, which shares both our audience and common goal of keeping Mexicans the world over connected to their homeland. We are pledging full cooperation in getting IMEs messages to our viewers, said Maruchi Urquiaga, Mexicanals general manager.
