The FIFA World Cup 26 Miami Host Committee unveiled the Official FIFA World Cup 26 Miami Host City Poster, an iconic piece that captures the essence of Miami’s dynamic culture and spirited community. This poster, designed by acclaimed artist Rubem Robierb, showcases Miami as a city where art, culture, and fútbol unite in a bold and diverse celebration.

The Miami Host City Poster, rich with symbolic imagery, features a vivid flamingo standing gracefully over a soccer ball that mirrors the cityscape. The soccer ball itself is segmented into colorful panels that each depict iconic locations across Miami—from the shores of South Beach to the heart of the Latino community, Little Havana. Palm trees, ocean waves, and art deco motifs blend with scenes of local fútbol matches, representing the city’s deep ties to the sport and its cultural heritage. The poster is one of 16 distinctive posters representing each Host City of the FIFA World Cup 26. This initiative marks the first time in FIFA World Cup™ history that each Host City has been commemorated with its own bespoke artwork, emphasizing local distinctiveness while celebrating the global spirit of the tournament.

Rubem Robierb, known for his vibrant and thought-provoking works, was selected through a competitive process involving nine of Miami’s most talented artists. His winning design incorporates elements symbolic of Miami’s rich cultural tapestry and its deep connection to the sport of fútbol, making it a perfect representation of the city’s lively atmosphere and artistic prowess.
“Miami is a global stage, and with the FIFA World Cup 26 on the horizon, we are thrilled to spotlight our city’s artistic and cultural richness through this iconic piece of art,” said Janelle Prieto, Chief Marketing and Community Officer of the Miami Host Committee. “Rubem’s creation brilliantly represents our city and its passion for fútbol. His design will inspire fans from all around the world as we gear up to host the world’s biggest fútbol celebration.”

Miami is set to host seven matches, promising to bring thrilling fútbol action to the heart of South Florida. The Miami Host City Poster will play a crucial role in local celebrations, building excitement and pride as the city prepares to welcome fans from around the globe.

The Miami Host City Poster will be prominently featured in various digital and physical promotions, enriching the fan experience and enhancing the festive atmosphere across the city.
