Roca worked with iconic brands such as State Farm, Procter & Gamble, Google, Burger King, L’Oréal, and Diageo
After nearly two decades building his career in the marketing and advertising industry, Michael Roca announced the close of a key chapter in his professional life following his departure from Omnicom.
Throughout these years, Roca worked with iconic brands such as State Farm, Procter & Gamble, Google, Burger King, L’Oréal, and Diageo, collaborating with teams and clients who, as he notes, became close allies and lasting friendships. “It’s the close of an unforgettable chapter” he said.
The executive noted that 2025 was a year marked by learning, growth, and professional recognition—a period that allowed him to gain clarity as he looks ahead to the next steps in his career in 2026.
In a message addressed to professionals navigating the recent changes and realignments within the advertising industry, Roca emphasized that these moments should be understood as detours rather than final destinations, encouraging others to continue honing their craft and building a strong personal brand.
He also expressed gratitude for the support of his professional network, highlighting those who took the time to reach out, offer support, and open new opportunities during this transition.
Looking ahead to the new year, Roca said he is enthusiastic about what’s to come and assured that he is moving forward with renewed momentum. He also extended an open invitation to reconnect with colleagues and contacts at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, or in future conversations to catch up.
