Vmes newest weekly series, MEK 8, made its U.S. premiere on Thursday, February 23 at 10pm. MEK 8 is an elite, secret team hunting Europes most wanted, pursuing the most dangerous armed offenders, and infiltrating the deadliest organized crime syndicates all while their existence continues to be denied by the Ministry of the Interior. Many are called, but few are chosen to join the MEK 8 unit. Everyone on the team has unique skills that let them perform at maximum efficiency in high pressure situations, remaining tense, focused and disciplined. The unit has the most advanced weapons and surveillance technology at their fingertips. Their jurisdiction goes far beyond the normal scope of an ordinary police unit. From the creators of Alerta Cobra, Germanys hit action series was directed by Nico Zavelberg, Roland Leyer and stars Stefan Richter, Felix Lampe, Ricardia Bramley, Marc Richter, and Jan Stapelfeld.
