Rodolfo E. Luisis, VP of Sales of Orbem Networks, LLC

The development of the Internet in Latin America that bears the weight of the flow of quality videos is driving the Over The Top (OTT) market in the region. Keeping this reality in mind, Orbem Networks in Miami offers open TV channels in Latin America, as well as the ethnic signals for the Hispanic market of the U.S., the possibility of reaching that audience and being part of a new lifestyle through mobile platforms. The service allows them to offer live transmissions, a library of VOD (video on demand) programming and the channel’s regular programming for seven days in Catch Up TV. “Our solution is to have this key in hand, from the acquiring of the signal broadcaster to the final product, which is a mobile application for the different systems including iPhone and Android, in which users can enjoy the channel’s content through those platforms” explained Rodolfo E. Luisis, VP of Sales of Orbem Networks, LLC. He explained that Orbem offers a solution to open TV channels so that their content is available on distinct mobile platforms. “Our mission is for each of these platforms to give the same experience of a TV”. During Natpe in Miami Beach, the Orbem Networks executive will hold meetings with potential clients and with those who the company is already working with.
