Televisa Producer Rubén Galindo: Six months working on Va Por Ti for Univisión, premiering in September

Televisa producers Rubén and Santiago Galindo, who recently closed the season of Bailando Por Un Sueño with over 23 rating points, announced the premiere of their new reality Va Por Ti (This Ones For You), produced for Univisión. The show has been in pre-production for six months. Popular television personality Galilea Montijo will host the show. Va Por Ti will premiere on the Univision Network on Sunday, September 7 at 8pm.Weve been working on Va Por Ti for six months. It was commissioned by Televisa and will air on Univisión. Weve already started auditions in different cities in the U.S. such as Miami, New York and Los Angeles. The shows will be shot at the Televisa studios in Mexico but will air in the U.S., said the producers.The show will have three teams, each led by music celebrities who have not been defined yet. Young singer Dulce María (formerly of RBD) has been considered for over a month as a possible team leader. The host of the show has not been selected yet either.The Galindo cousins have produced successful Televisa formats Bailando Por Un Sueño, Cantando Por Un Sueño and Pequeños Gigantes, which have been sold around the world and adapted to each country.
