Television Española continues its expansion throughout Latin America, not only taking its own production to operators and signals, also in co-production. Their most recent bets are the production of the third season of Ministerio del Tiempo, with Netflix, and the series by Hernán Cortés in alliance with TV Azteca.

“We currently have this co-production with Netflix and are working with TV Azteca to produce a series on Hernan Cortes, that has no debut date yet, but we are working on it, regardless. In September, we will present new products and season of Cuéntame Cómo Pasó, as well as new fiction series that are very successful in TVE,” commented Víctor Reyero, official representative of RTVE for the sales of their international channels in Mexico and director of Communication for Distribution.

He highlighted the launching of the children´s channel Clan, recently in Colombia, which they hope will reach Mexico in September. “We are already in conversations with some operators in the country to place this new signal in HD format and dubbed into neutral Spanish”.
