Univision Studios continues with the strategy they started with Pequeños Gigantes USA and La Reina de la Canción

In the context of Univision Communications, Inc. (UCI´s) Upfront 2017, Adrián Santucho, president of Univision Studios, said that the intention is to continue with the programming strategy they started with Pequeños Gigantes USA and with La Reina de la Canción (the latter in its fifth week of broadcast).
“We are presenting the return of ¡Mira Quién Baila!, a new franchise and a hit around the world, Tu Cara Me Suena; La Banda in 2018 and a format, A Jugar en Familia. This one, the same as La Banda, is made together with Syco
And the executive production of Simon Cowell and is going to have its debut on TV in the US. This is a format that comes from England and Germany, which invites the family to play. We are thrilled and happy about it. But this passion doesn´t end there, it starts with non-scripted, continues with drama, sports, news and with placing the family in front of the TV set to share what we are offering,” explained Santucho.
Santucho was present on the blue carpet of the Lyric Theatre, before entering the Upfront presentation. On the blue carpet there were talents such as Alan Tacher from Despierta América, Lily Stefan and Raúl de Molina from El Gordo y la Flaca, who commented that with the new programming management they have more freedom.
Giselle Blondet was also there. She is the host of Pequeños Gigantes USA, who praised the family shift they have given Univison´s programming. “I like the orientation they are giving the programming. I have always supported Pequeños Gigantes USA that I consider a spectacular space. I think a program like this, which enhances the value of family, was totally necessary,” she said.
María Elena Salinas, bastion of Univision Noticias, highlighted the transformation of Univision, that has known how to adapt to the new digital age.
The singer Becky G, who performed the opening show of the Upfront, the singer Henry Santos and his wife, who danced as part of ¡Mira Quién Baila!, the contestants of La Reina de la Canción, the host of Primer Impacto, Pamela Silva Conde, and the presenter Chiquinquirá Delgado, among others, were also present.
