Vme names Patty Marrero Senior VP and Director of Sales

Vme announced that Patty Marrero has been named Senior VP and Director of Sales. Working from Vmes national offices in New York, Marrero will be responsible for all national advertising and sponsorship revenue for Vme, overseeing all sales operations and the national sales team.We are thrilled to have Patty Marrero join Vmes senior management team. She brings powerful strategic, creative, and execution skills that will help bring Vme sales to a new level, said Carmen DiRienzo, president and CEO, Vme Media, Inc.For more than 14 years Marrero has held leadership positions in network sales for Univision and Galavision moving from Director of Sales to Director of Sports Marketing and then to Vice President of Client Development. Before starting her career in advertising sales, Marrero worked in institutional sales and as a trader with NatWest Bank and Smith Barney.Throughout my career Ive been able to develop win-win solutions that deliver results for advertisers. I see Vmes diverse content for all members of the Latino family as a unique strength and competitive advantage, said Marrero. With broad national distribution, distinctive programming, and Nielsen ratings starting in 2011, Vme is well positioned for leadership and results driven relationships with advertisers in the U.S. Hispanic market.
