Best of 2012: El Buen Pitch award created during Hispanicize 2013

On with our Special Coverage: The Best of 2012 – this time PRODU Hispanic Publicidad notes how much the new El Buen Pitch (The Good Pitch) competition, to be rolled out at Hispanicize 2013, will mean for the Hispanic market.The project will give agencies the chance to develop a nationwide pitch for a non-profit organization that is dedicated to aiding the U.S. Latino community.In the style of The Apprentice, agencies will compete to create the best marketing plan for a non-profit serving the Hispanic community in the United States.Manny Ruiz, founder and creative director of Hispanicize 2013, calls the contest “a chance for our Hispanic market to give back to the Latino community by giving a worthy organization that serves them access to our collective creative and innovative power.”{Hispanicize;www.hispanicizeevent.com} will be held April 9-13 at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach. On Feb. 15, 2013, the 10 semifinalists will be announced and published in all the event’s communications and by all the media covering it.“We have a number of expectations for the 2013 event – first, that we are all challenging ourselves to stage a better event every year by competing with our own ideas and platforms,” Ruiz told PRODU.
