Christian Martinez, Sales director for the Hispanic Market in the US spoke to PRODU during his participation as panelist of the sixth edition of Hispanicize.The focus of the panel Make the best of the power of Facebook to connect with the Hispanic audience, was on the results obtained with great brands such as Ford and Verizon, with campaigns during the World Cup with the aim to reach Hispanic audiences with affinity in Facebook. “With these campaigns we had phenomenal results since Hispanics are very active on social media and even more on Facebook”, said Martinez.According to the executive, the Hispanic audience akin to Facebook adds today 26.7 million users who are active on the platform. “The results with the Hispanic market have been incredible, in less than a year and a half we are working with advertisers in all categories, we have been able to give them super positive results and obviously the business continues to grow with a very promising future”, he stated.”We as a company are very focused on working with advertisers to teach them the value we add to the business. For us it is very important to focus on how to impact the business and not how to impact social media metrics”, ended Martinez.
