El buscador gigante se ha beneficiado del incremento de las ventas de smartphones y tablets

Google’s dominance as the biggest media in the world has grown, thus increasing the existing distance with its closest competitor during this last year. According to the 2015 Top 30 Media report, Google is now 136% bigger than the second, and Disney is 115% bigger than last year. It is even bigger than second and third, Comcast together.According to the report, the giant search engine has benefitted from the increase in sales of smartphones and tablets, making its basic searching function available to consumers, who regardless which is especially useful for buyers who, regardless of where they are, want to compare prices. And it has allowed consumers to see content when and where they want to. This has created new opportunities to target them with display ads, another important component of Google’s business.Likewise, the biggest beneficiary of the transition to mobile has been Facebook, which has become the fastest growing media in the Top 30 on media. Facebook’s revenues grew 63% last year. The network has actively adopted mobile technology to encourage the page periodically and frequently throughout the day, while they design their advertising in a way that it combines perfectly with the content. Facebook is in the ranking’s tenth position.
