Publicis Groupe has appointed COO Saatchi & Saatchi’s Chris Foster as their senior VP, Global Clients. He starts his role in September at Publicis Groupes Parisian headquarters. Foster will report to Rishad Tobaccowala, Chief Strategist at Publicis Groupe, and will help the agency’s clients to extract the best from their services through integrated solutions. Born in Canada, Foster is an economics and philosophy graduate from the University of Western Ontario. He has been a senior leader at Saatchi & Saatchi since 1999, serving as Executive VP, global equity director. He left Saatchi in 2008 to spend three years as CEO of Fallon, growing revenue by 75% during his tenure before returning to Saatchi to take the regional CEO for Asia-Pacific and Greater China position. Early this year he was promoted as global COO, covering seven of the 10 most important markets of the network, besides the relationship with important international clients.
