Richard Taub is Vme’s new Senior Vice President and CFO

Vme promoted Richard Taub to Senior Vice President and CFO. Taub has been with the Spanish TV network since its inception in 2007, serving first as a consultant for network distribution and then as Vice President of Business Development.In his previous role he was responsible for developing distribution, strategic alliances and partnerships, which was instrumental in helping lead Vme’s rapid national expansion to its current reach of 69 million homes, including 77% of America’sHispanic TV Households.In his new role, Taub will continue to be responsible for business development as an integrated element of the company’s overall financial strategy and execution.Prior to joining Vme, Taub headed his own consulting firm focused on Hispanic media, where he assisted LIN Television in its distribution and the $130 million sale of the WAPA Puerto Rico networks. His other clients included Intermedia Advisors, MasterCard and the Condista channel portfolio.
