Telemundo begins production of new primetime novela Corazón Valiente

Telemundo kicks off the production of Corazón Valiente, a new primetime novela filled with love, action and adventure, to premiere soon on the Spanish-language network. Starring Mexican actors Adriana Fonseca and Jose Luis Resendez, this original production will incorporate special effects and the participation of novela stars Aylín Mujica, Manuel Landeta, Ximena Duque, Fabián Ríos, Sonya Smith and Jorge Luis Pila. Corazón Valiente is the story of Angela Valdez (Adriana Fonseca) and Samantha Salazar Navarro (Ximena Duque), two childhood friends from different social classes who, due to an unforeseen tragic event, are forced to separate from each other. They reunite as adults when they both start working as bodyguards, facing not only danger but also the adventure of love. For this original production, Carlos Lamus serves as executive producer, Diana Ariza as general producer and it is directed by Luis Manzo and Arturo Manuitt. The script is written by Marcela Citterio, who brings to life a story with thrilling action, adventure and incredible special effects in HD. The production is led by Aurelio Valcárcel Carol (¿Dónde Está Elisa?, La Casa de al Lado).
