Richard Pacheco is named senior VP of Enterprise Development of Univision Enterprises

Richard Pacheco has been appointed senior VP of Enterprise Development of the Univision Enterprises team for Univision Communications. Pacheco will report to Rick Alessandri, executive VP of the division, and work with Alessandri on new business development efforts for Univision Enterprises.Pacheco has been at Univision since 2008 and previously held the position of senior VP of Strategic Initiatives, working with Andy Hobson, senior executive VP and CFO. He has also filled multiple roles like a special assistant to the CEO, and the overseeing of implementation of several top strategic initiatives within Univision’s local and sales operations.Prior to his work with Univision, Pacheco worked as an associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. His was responsible for advising media companies on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, debt and equity financings, and other corporate deal making matters. He also served as an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he advised clients on M&A and capital market transactions.
