Univision Communications Inc. announced management changes and named Peter H. Lori as interim Chief Financial Officer

Univision Communications Inc. announced that Andy Hobson has resigned as executive SVP and Chief Financial Officer. The company will conduct a comprehensive search for a new CFO. Peter H. Lori, executive VP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at UCI, will serve as interim CFO. Hobson will assist the company during the transition.“We thank Andy for his numerous contributions to the Company over many years” said Randy Falco, president and CEO of Univision Communications Inc. “I am pleased that we have a first class financial team in place and I am confident Univision is in a strong position, financially and operationally, and has a great future ahead.”Lori joined UCI in 2005. Prior to this he served as an audit partner at KPMG LLP from 2002-2005. Lori began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1987 where we worked for 15 years and became an audit partner there in 1999. He was responsible for the delivery of audit and advisory services to both medium sized companies and large multinational clients in a wide variety of industries.
