Olympusat acquires Float Left Interactive a provider of TV Everywhere and OTT video app solutions

Olympusat, Inc. acquires Float Left Interactive as a new division of Olympusat. Float Left Interactive, a U.S.-based company, is a leader in the TV app development industry and partners with top media and entertainment companies, helping them create engaging video experiences across all connected TV devices. Float Left Interactive joins Olympusat’s company-wide efforts to expand its digital footprint and engage a wider audience across its Over-The-Top (OTT) platform VEMOX, a cost efficient and reliable B2B carrier-grade OTT platform, developed for operators in the U.S. and Latin America. The VEMOX platform combines technology and content, creating a customizable OPEX based turnkey solution with over 100+ live Spanish and English language channels and 5,000+ hours of VOD content.“This is a great fit for Olympusat.
