The platform RTVE Play will arrive in the first quarter of 2019 to LatAm and the US

RTVE Play, RTVE´s OTT platform, will be launched during the first quarter of 2019 in Latin America and the US. It is a pay OTT service with RTVE´s premium contents that will also be available in Canada.

The subscription is monthly and you may have access to it from any computer through rtveplay.com or mobile device with the app for iOS and Android.

The productions they will offer include: Isabel, Estoy Vivo, Carlos Rey Emperador, Amar en Tiempos Revueltos and Cuéntame Cómo Pasó.

Rosa María Mateo, sole manager of RTVE, commented in a statement that “RTVE Play is a very important step in the strategy to broaden the scope of the best contents in Televisión Española, exceeding territorial limitations and using all the resources technology offers us”.

This launch is part of the corporation´s digital strategy and will allow the projection of success formats to new akin markets.
