MipTV Online+ with more than 4,000 people connected

Reed Midem extended its service MipTV Online+ until April 10. The platform was available for free for all of those who have registered as clients.

The decision to extend the service was taken after the high demand and the acceptance of the service that in its first four days saw 4,000 registered delegates access to the content originally programmed for this years’ editions of MipTV, MipDoc, and MipFormats.

“MIPTV Online+ exceeded all our expectations in the first week. With so much disruption in the world, it is encouraging to know that more than 4,000 entertainment executives worldwide dedicated time to connect, filter, and make the business progress despite the cancellation of MipTV. For this reason, we are delighted to extend MipTV Online+ for another week,” said Lucy Smith, deputy director of Reed Midem´s Television Division.

MipTV Online+ offers buyers the opportunity to access via streaming to distributors´ programs, the MipDoc screening library, In Development and MipFormats, project launches, as well as conferences on market intelligence exclusive for MipTV.
