Ricardo Coeto, the co-founder of BTF Media, commented on #PRODUprimetime with Ríchard Izarra, that in the production company they are working on making telework—which they have had to learn about—more efficient because they didn´t use to have this habit.

“The situation forced us to take edition, post-production, design, and management work, to a distance, with everyone working from home, and at first it was complicated to understand the organization that was necessary for this way of working, and forced us to be more disciplined,” he commented, after mentioning that they are happy because “we have a team that put their shirts on” and they hope to emerge stronger from the experience.

He said that the most complex aspect is that each country has a different reality, therefore they are trying to evaluate the scenarios for projects and companies every 15 days. “Obviously, we want to take care of people. We are with our employees 100%,” he commented, after mentioning that, luckily, clients are also proving they are with BTF.

Quarantine did not surprise them in the middle of a shooting. “I think about producers to whom this did happen and what they are going to do if their protagonist has a contract signed until September. It`s going to be complicated to reschedule.”

He commented that this time can allow a reflection on if the type of content they are producing is the best. “For example, it caught my attention to see how little options there are on platforms to watch with the whole family,” he said.
