Coors Light teams with Wisin & Yandel to launch summer music show

Los consumidores de Coors Light tendrán la oportunidad de bajar música gratis de Wisin y Yandel y otros artistas latinos

Coors Light has joined forces with the urban music duo Wisin & Yandel to launch the summer program Refrescate a Todo Volumen (Refresh Yourselves at Full Volume).Consumers of Coors Light will have the chance to download music by Wisin & Yandel and other Latino artists of the moment, through a text message with the word “MUSICA” to 42653, which will allow them to download one song a day free of charge. They will also receive a ticket for a national lottery that gives them the chance to win a Refresharator, a refrigerator that dispenses Coors Light, as well as giving them entree to a VIP experience at the H2O Festival in Los Angeles.“The Hispanic community loves music and Wisin & Yandel are one of the driving forces in the Latin urban music category” said Rudy Rodriguez, executive director of multicultural marketing for Coors.“This year Coors Light will refresh the summer with music from the top of the charts while providing incredible VIP experiences for our consumers. There will be no greater combination all summer along than the hottest music with the coldest beer in the world.”Pictures of Wisin & Yandel will be included in Coors Light point-of-sale material and on digital media, with the duo’s image also being seen in select stores. Outdoor advertising and radio for Coors Light will also feature Wisin & Yandel.“Coors Light has been our favorite beer for years, and we’re very excited to be able to work with the brand to offer our fans in the United States a 2013 full of unforgettable experiences” Wisin & Yandel said.
