Founders Celebrates Its Fifth Anniversary Announcing Its New Leadership Team For Their Next Era

ounders, the indie agency founded by Tanya De Poli & Checha Agost Carreño, proudly announce changes in their leadership structure. As they enter into their 5th year of operations, with 6 offices around the world, and over 70 employees from 12 different countries, the Founders have decided it’s time to continue shaking things up and announce a new leadership team.
Tania Torres, is promoted to Director of Operations & Client Services at Founders.
Delfina Lamino will take on the role of CEO of Too Many Much , the company’s global Production Hub. Alma Berruecos will become Director of Product innovations, a new area within the agency that is currently creating and developing new products.
Tatiana Martinez recently joined the Founders team as Regional Account Director for Spotify Latam. Tanya De Poli will assume as CEO, and Checha Agost Carreño will remain in his role as Founder & CCO.
About this new leadership team, Tanya De Poli shared, “Founders is a different company now from the one we founded 5 years ago. Even though there is something that will never change: our entrepreneurial spirit and “People First” culture; lots of things have evolved in our industry and in the world. So, we always need to be ahead of the game. And from this, comes the need to build our new leadership team, with world-class talent, that we are extremely proud of. We feel this team is the perfect fit for the next stage of Founders, where we hope to continue diversifying our business, integrating our product development department, and above all, keeping our independence.”
Checha Agost Carreño added: “We feel there are very few companies like Founders in the world. Delfina Lamino will take on the role of CEO of Too Many Much. She has led the global production hub operation since its beginnings in 2022. Her team has expanded to include specialization in 3D creative development. Her most recent work includes Executive Producing a flash mob in Times Square for Netflix’s final season of The Umbrella Academy. The activation included 100 TikTok influencers/dancers/fans of the show who took over the most iconic plaza in the world, and danced in the rain creating an epic social piece that has reached over 11 million organic views.
