ViX Launches the Second Season of El Extraño Retorno De Diana Salazar on Friday, January 17

ViX announced that all episodes of the second season of the series El Extraño Retorno De Diana Salazar will be available for premium users on January 17.

This iconic story explores the fascinating world of soul mates, those love and connections so strong that they are said to be able to defy the limits of time and survive beyond life and death.

The second season explores a protagonist who is already beginning to be aware of her powers and how dangerous they could be if she does not control them. We will also discover more about her past and how it is connected to the present. The love triangle we witnessed in season one will intensify the tension, both in the present and past, as Joaquin no longer desires to conceal his affection for Diana. Meanwhile, Mario, now entangled with Irene, is consumed by internal jealousy and yearns to reclaim Diana.

This ViX original series stars Angelique Boyer (El Amor Invencible, Amar a Muerte, Tres Veces Ana, Teresa), Sebastián Rulli (Más Allá de Ti, El Dragón, Los Ricos También Lloran, Lo Que La Vida Me Robó) and Arap Bethke (La Piloto, La Rebelión, Amores Permitidos, La Usurpadora).

The W Studios series is directed by Luis Manzo (Los Ricos También Lloran, Si Nos Dejan, Betty en NY), Pável Vázquez (Travesuras de la Niña Mala, El Dragón, Los Ricos También Lloran) and Carlos Santos (Los Ricos También Lloran, La Doña).

El Extraño Retorno De Diana Salazar, executive produced by Patricio Wills and Carlos Bardasano, is based on the hit melodrama that starred Lucía Mendez in 1988.  This new version was developed and written by Esther Feldman and Carlos Algara.
