INCENTIVE TYPE
Louisana Entertainment offers a Tax Credit of up to 40% for film projects with eligible in-state expenses. This includes resident and non-resident labor.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT
Annual limit: US$150.000.000. Minimum expenditure: US$300.000 (out-of-state productions) / US$50.000 (qualified local productions).
APPLICABLE PROJECTS
Audiovisual works, including feature films, television films and series, post-production, music videos, and commercial photography.
