INCENTIVE TYPE
The New Jersey Film & Digital Media program offers a Tax Credit, a transferable tax credit for investors and filmmakers of 30% to 35% on projects. It also includes an additional 2% or 4% incentive awarded to productions that meet certain diversity criteria.
MINIMUM AMOUNT
Minimum expenditure: US$1.000.000 or a minimum of 60% of total production expenditures to be made in New Jersey.
APPLICABLE PROJECTS
Feature films, documentaries, television series, or television programs of 22 minutes or more in length.
