Georgia has a tax incentive of up to 30%
INCENTIVE TYPE
Georgia Film offers a Tax Rebate of up to 30%. The minimum is 20% for eligible projects. If you choose to use the well-known “Made in Georgia” logo in your film’s credits and link to the state’s exploregeorgia.org/film URL on your film’s website, the state will grant you an additional 10% credit.
MINIMUM AMOUNT
Minimum expenditure of US$500.000.
APPLICABLE PROJECTS
Audiovisual works, feature films; television films, pilots or series; television commercials; and music videos.
