INCENTIVE TYPE
Bay State offers a 25% payroll Tax Credit, a 25% production credit, and a sales tax exemption for production expenses on all eligible state projects. This includes meals.
MINIMUM AMOUNT
Minimum expenditure of $50.000.
APPLICABLE PROJECTS
Audiovisual works, feature films, videos, digital media projects, television series with a maximum of 27 episodes, television pilots, and commercials.
