Adam Waltuch: “I’m grateful for the opportunity to help build, launch, and scale ViX, renew and expand key distribution partnerships across the U.S. and Latin America"
After four years at TelevisaUnivision, Adam Waltuch, Executive Vice President of Global Distribution and Partnerships, is leaving the company. The news was shared with employees through a memo from John Farrell, EVP of Partnerships.
“We are grateful for his leadership over these past four years and for the many contributions he has made to the company. He was instrumental in defining our global distribution strategy after the merger and in accelerating ViX’s expansion through strategic partnerships, making it one of the most widely distributed services in the world,” Farrell said in the internal note sent to staff late last month announcing Waltuch’s departure. Waltuch’s last day at TelevisaUnivision was Friday, December 5.
On his LinkedIn, Waltuch wrote: “I’m grateful for the opportunity to help build, launch, and scale ViX, renew and expand key distribution partnerships across the U.S. and Latin America, and work on major initiatives. None of this would have been possible without an exceptional team and the amazing partners who trusted and collaborated with us along the way. None of it would have been possible without Wade Davis and Pierluigi Gazzolo, who gave me the opportunity and guided me through these years, and thanks to Daniel Alegre and John Farrell for reinforcing that support as the company evolved. I’m proud of what we accomplished together and excited for what comes next.”
