Noticias Telemundo AHORA and its original news programming will continue to expand

The FAST channel Noticias Telemundo AHORA is celebrating its second anniversary, and its original news programming will continue to expand, adding to current shows such as AHORA 360, a primetime news program, and the weekly environmental program Planeta Tierra.

“Our responsibility is to serve our audience with journalism that is honest, relevant and grounded in their reality—Las Cosas Como Son. From immigration and politics to the issues that impact everyday life, we are committed to delivering the facts with clarity and integrity across every platform. As our audience continues to grow and evolve, we remain focused on being a trusted source of information that informs, empowers and connects our communities,” said Gemma García, EVP, Noticias Telemundo.

The flagship newscast Noticias Telemundo, anchored by Julio Vaqueiro, was the only nightly TV newscast in 2025 to post year-over-year growth in both total viewers and the A18-49 demographic, according to Nielsen data.

With campaigns underway ahead of this year’s midterm elections and the Latino vote more relevant than ever, Noticias Telemundo will provide comprehensive coverage of candidates, opinion polls, and the issues shaping the races, as well as their potential impact on the balance of power in Congress.

Noticias Telemundo is the news outlet in the U.S. with the largest number of followers on TikTok, regardless of language, according to ComScore Social. It also ranks as the most-watched Spanish-language TV news account on YouTube and Facebook, and as the Spanish-language news network in the U.S. with the most followers on Instagram.
