ESPN Deportes and ESPN in Mexico and Central America debuted a new edition of SportsCenter airing Monday through Friday at 12pm ET.

The new daytime show, produced from ESPN’s studios in Mexico, is the first SportsCenter edition of the day, introducing a dynamic format with greater emphasis on analysis and discussion. It showcases the top news from the previous night and previews what’s coming throughout the day.

The noon SportsCenter also leverages the time of the day to expand the pool of in-studio guests and analysts that will include ESPN’s commentators based around the world, complementing the news and information with discussions of the most compelling events and storylines.

“In our efforts to continue expanding our daytime studio programming, we wanted to add a new edition of SportsCenter that brings more commentary and opinion,” said Rodolfo Martínez, VP of production for ESPN Deportes and ESPN International. “It is going to be a fresh, different look of the show with the same quality expected from the other SportsCenter editions.”

The show is anchored by SportsCenter veteran Sergio Dipp, and Cristina Alexander, who makes her debut as studio commentator.
