FOX Networks Group Content Distribution expands its team for US, LatAm, Asia and Europe

Manuel Miguez has been appointed executive director Sales, Latin American & Hispanic U.S

FOX Networks Group Content Distribution (FNGCD) announced that it has expanded its team with the appointment of six new hires: Tristan Oarton as VP, Finance; Manuel Miguez as executive director Sales, Latin American & Hispanic U.S.; Carolina Lozano, as Sales associate manager, Latin America; María Grazia Ursino as executive Sales director, Italy, Spain & Portugal; JeeYoung Lee, as executive director Sales, Japan, Korea & Regional Formats Asia and Tracy Davis as associate director, Deal & Rights Management.

In addition to the new appointments Joanna Rowley was recently promoted to executive director Sales, Northern Europe & Africa, while Magdalena Szwedkowicz has been upped to VP Sales, CEE & MENA, managing sales activity and a regional team based across London, Moscow, Warsaw and Istanbul.

“2016 was a stellar year for our business and as we continue to expand the representation of content and formats from our global channels, it’s important that our infrastructure can evolve to support that growth and offer our clients an efficient, first class service. We have been looking for the right people to fill these key roles in the US, LatAm, Asia and Europe and I am thrilled at the level of expertise, talent and enthusiasm that these new hires bring to the existing team. I look forward to driving this business forward in 2017 with continued growth, as well as successfully bringing to market all the incredible new programming that we have lined up for this year,” said Prentiss Fraser, FOX Networks Group Content Distribution EVP and managing director.

Operating out of Miami, Manuel Miguez is responsible for sales in Latin America. Miguez joins the business from BBC Worldwide Distribution. Joining him in the region will be Carolina Lozano, based in Colombia, who most recently served as a sales executive at RCN.
