By March 2018 the new Telemundo Center has generated 3,400 jobs in construction and US$475 million in sales for businesses in Florida. “There is nothing like this building for media in the entire country. Telemundo Center in many ways is the workplace of the future,” commented César Conde, Chairman of NBCUniversal International Group and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. He expressed that they like to say that in Telemundo Center content never sleeps. “We are constantly producing all kinds of content. For example, for the first time this summer, we are going to produce 1,500 hours of coverage for the World Cup from Russia, so we are very happy that Telemundo Center is going to be able to make this type of impact that is so innovating.”

The new headquarters celebrates Hispanic culture through nine “neighborhoods” that make the tour across the facilities easier: Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republica, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain and the US.

“Telemundo has revolutionized Hispanic media in the US in many ways: diversifying, raising the quality of the programming and content we are delivering to our audience and this investment Telemundo Center is making is the next step to innovate and evolve for our audience, who have supported us so much throughout the decades,” added Conde.
