Reto 4 Elementos Naturaleza Extrema (Four Elements Challenge Extreme Nature) is the first of a new generation of adventure reality competition shows to premiere on UniMás.
Hosted by TV personality Montserrat Oliver, the two-hour series will begin this Monday, March 19 at 10pm ET/PT (9pm CT) and will air Monday through Thursday.
Reto 4 Elementos Naturaleza Extrema will feature 32 entertainment and sports personalities, grouped into eight teams, battling to master the four elements: Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. Inspired by the ancient Mayan civilization, the contestants will meet in the mystical Riviera Maya to begin a life-changing journey. Different exotic locations including Akumal, Punta Venado, and Puerto Morelos will host the brave celebrities on their quest to conquer their biggest fears.
All 32 contenders will go head to head in physical challenges and harsh conditions. They will have to work together to overcome each difficult challenge and find the strength and courage within themselves to overcome all obstacles. As the competition steams up, participants will have to apply their best survival skills.
