SPT: More empathetic and universal contents

David Barraza, executive director of Development and Content at Sony Pictures Television, assured that albeit the crisis due to the coronavirus is one of the most complexes this generation and the industry has faced, “we must raise our spirits and be prepared for when it is time to resume productions”.

Barraza explained that they are using telework and complying with the recommendations issued by authorities. Likewise, he said that albeit it will not be simple, he feels privileged to be able to continue creating and writing at a distance: “And now also with a different perspective. There will be more empathetic content and maybe more universal ones”.
