Telemundo 47 announced the addition of weather anchor Tairy Ynoa

Telemundo 47 will expand tri-state´s only bilingual weather team with the addition of Tairy Ynoa from Monday, August 14.

“Tairy is a rising star and a wonderful addition to our La Autoridad en El Tiempo team. She shares our commitment to the Spanish-speaking communities of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Along with Andrea Romero, Pedro Montoro and Miguel Bedoy, she will deliver viewers the most advanced, experienced and trusted local weather analysis in the Tri-State,” commented Cristina Schwarz, Telemundo 47 president and general manager.

She will also offer viewers real-time traffic updates on Noticiero 47 Telemundo Primera Edición and during Noticiero 47 Telemundo at 5pm newscast

Ynoa comes to Telemundo 47 following two years with both NY1 and NY 1 Noticias, where she delivered weather and traffic updates. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from Queens College.
