TVCortos first anniversary in LatAm

TVCortos, the first television channel dedicated to short films to be distributed in Latin America, celebrated its first-anniversary last month. The signal TVCortos is available 24 hours in HD through DIRECTV for Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, and the Caribbean.

The library of short films in Spanish has grown significantly. TVCortos now has over 10,000 short films in a variety of genres. TVCortos offers the TV audience an array of short films that includes drama, comedy, action, animation, romance, and thrillers.

TVCortos celebrated its first anniversary for an entire weekend when it provided its audience a summary of the most popular and entertaining short films aired throughout the year. Some of them have been nominated to an Academy Award and have renowned actors.
